Sorry Bill, no offense ment by my saying Pete and Alan's cars were the
nicest there! Just my opinion! You were the Fastest of the 4 parties
mentioned and that's no small feat! Just I've talked to and watched both
Pete and Alan over the years develop their rides into cars that are show
quality! Perhaps if you gave me the interview I asked you for when
taping I could have gone over your car and made a better judgement! Next
time I'll try a little harder and maybe you will to! No, I don't think I
can catch you at the next light, but give me a bulb or 2 and it would be
interesting! I'm trying to do something DIFFERENT with my car as far as
putting it on the street! Back in 1992 The NYPD seized it for drag
racing in Brooklyn and it took me 7 months and $8000.00 to get it back
and repair the damage done to it in the impound yard! So I've been
there,done that!!! You've accomplished more than most with your car and
I'm quite sure your proud of it! Hopefully it will be my turn next! I'm
looking for mid 9's on BFG's or the new M/T's and making it live at
lower boost! You've done the work yourself instead of farming it out
like I did, I don't have your expertise and probably never will, but,
like you, I have a goal in my mind that I'd like to accomplish. Again no
offense intended and hopefully non taken. Roy
