I think the "Go fast with class" would preclude driving around with no hood.
I know I always laugh when I see a car without a hood. It's usually a half
finished, half baked idea driven by a red neck that doesn't know any better.

Hi list!
Quick question that I would like an "opinion" on from my peers. As a
proud owner of a '87 GN,I
value your comments. Fortunately,I am not forced to drive my GN as a daily
driver.I usually just go out on Sat night/Sun afternoons and hunt Mustangs.
Since my car NEVER sees the rain, what is the opinion of the list as far as
removing the hood? Would that be "Grand Nationally" illegal? Hear me
out....I figure 50-60 lbs of weight loss + cooler engine = faster car.
Besides,it will be easier for everyone to see all 218 aftermarket chrome
pieces that are available for the engine bay when I buy
them. Of course, you know what my wife said when she heard the idea....YEE
HAW!!!
(or maybe she called me a HEE-HAW,either way I don't think she
approves)
